Talking to citizens

In Seminar I: “Convincing conversations with citizens” as part of the series “Talking to citizens” by trainer Roman Haider on 2 and 3 March 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) in Redleiten, the basic rules of conversations, question and argumentation techniques, dealing with objections, behaviour at campaign stalls and during door-to-door visits were explained to participants. The seminar was rounded off by speech role-plays in make-up situations.
