Latest publication: Taxes and Social Security 2020
The author of this updated guide, Hubert Fuchs, is the FPÖ’s National Council Spokesperson on finance and budgetary matters. He is a respected tax expert and, as State Secretary for Finance in the 2017-2019 ÖVP-FPÖ coalition, was responsible for drawing up the planned tax reform.
The first part of the book covers among other things income tax, corporate tax and sales tax law, tax law deadlines, interest rates at the tax office, accounting obligations, gift notification law, land transfer tax law and international tax law. The second part deals with social security for employed and self-employed persons, as well as labour law data, ancillary wage costs and childcare allowances.
The guide is intended to provide a first orientation in the jungle of tax laws. Under no circumstances should it be a substitute for expert advice.
