Organisational and personality development

A local group management seminar for the Waldviertel and the district of St. Pölten was held at the beginning of November. The seminar covered various political, economic, legal and social topics, such as how to structure a local group and communication behaviour in various situations. Training Facilitator and Deputy Regional Manager Andreas Bors emphasised the use of real-life content, particularly personal motivation, in order to strengthen “the active participation of citizens in political life”.
